This summer we took a hike atop of Tumbledown mountain located in Weld Maine!! We took Loop trail to the Summit and came down Brook trail!! It was a hike for the books, our buddies accompanied us and their adorable puppy fluff!!  The gorgeous views at the top were absolutely amazing!! I’ll share some of the breathtaking moments we had with you!!

Adventure

We went on this lovely hike with our good friends that have a 9 yr old daughter, we had so much fun!!  Part of my family included My kiddos 12 & 9, My husband our  “Maine hiking guide” I say that because he’s a very experienced hiker, especially on this mountain and is very knowledgeable of the outdoors!! Last but not least our dog Bruno came too! Apart of hiking we also picked wild blueberries at the summit!! Yummy!!

On this adventure We took an excursion to “fat mans misery” a tight crevice that leads to an amazing view on the side of a ledge.. you’ll see my hubbies shoe as he’s hanging off the side, (he was completely safe, but I wouldn’t do this.. lol) another challenge and part of the adventure was going  the rungs on loop trail, Bruno totally was on survival mode by this point and was carried thru this tunnel! Here’s some pictures of this crazy part of this hike!! Great Memories for sure!!
