It’s time to Get back on the exercise track!!

Exercise?? How’s your exercise schedule going?? Have you noticed how vacations, trips & busy activities maybe crowding out your exercise routine?? Some people can continue their routine even on vacation but not me… 😆 how about you? It can be so easy to just let it go.. one day, two days then more days go by without getting outside or on your treadmill or gym, Well don’t give up now, it’s so easy to get back on track!! Take it one day at a time & slowly get back into it!!

So that’s what I did!! After dropping off my kids at school, I ran a mile!! It felt so good 🙂 I’m not trying to rush back into doing more but it was awesome!! So don’t give up, you can do it too!! Aren’t running, it’s ok, start walking!! One step at a time!! One foot after the other & you’re on your way!!

Here’s my pic of my one mile jog when the kids went back to school!! Woo hoo!! Keep trekking friends, one step at a time til you’re back to your routine!! We can do this!!
