Delicious Chicken, Lentil, potato & cilantro stew!

Mondays yummy goodness on a freezing rain kinda day off was this potato, lentil & cilantro stew!! We visited a friend and brought it to her house!! Our pup came along & wrestled around with her dog Porter 😉 he’s quite the fella, both like rambunctious preschoolers!! 

This soup was very easy to make but like most things it takes love & time 🙂 this was served with a couple Types of bread, white loaf & another wheat!! I made a video with some directions on how to make this,  I will post that another time 🙂
