Health & Fitness is probably the biggest challenge for me at the moment. I’m trying to balance my life so I can incorporate rest & relaxation, because as a mother & wife it is challenging to be balanced!!
I feel though that it’s important to eat a healthy diet, and exercise regularly 🙂 I’m learning that there is a thing where you can be getting too much exercise, & we don’t want that!! For a couple years now I’ve been struggling with hormonal imbalances, It’s been something that has shown up as acne on my jawline & problems with Pelvic congestion syndrome! Unfortunately I’m gettting to the point where I will be heading into menopause which doesn’t help these imbalances!! However, Despite this I’m loving how I feel in my own clothes because of my diet and going for walks, hikes & now bicycling, i love how I have lost about 10 pounds!! Yay!!

Strength training is so important!! Have you noticed that you can walk, even run but if you have weakness on your legs you’re more apt to injure yourself?? Well I love walking, and I love the feel of running 🙂 however it’s absolutely important to have a strong body too!! So including weight training and exercise to strengthen core and other muscles to be important!! Even in nutrition, weight training is highlighted! ive been loving the Insanity workout, my daughter and i did this with an instructor at her school, he used the one specificallu with Sean T!
