Did you know you can make a quesadilla with the flower, from zucchini squash plant!! Apparently pumpkin plant too!! It was delicious!! This was from Iris’s kitchen, a wonderful cook and a good friend!! She’s always teaching me how to make yummy Mexican food!!

Dicing up onions
Sautéing onion, garlic and tomato

The end result was absolutely delicious!!
