by Did you know you can make a quesadilla with the flower, from zucchini squash plant!! Apparently pumpkin plant too!! It was delicious!! This was from Iris’s kitchen, a wonderful cook and a good friend!! She’s always teaching me how to make yummy Mexican food!!

Dicing up onions
Sautéing onion, garlic and tomato
Blossom filling for quesadillas
Mozzarella cheese and filling
The end result was absolutely delicious!!
With alittle salsa,, yummy!!
