So much fun @ Ricker Hill Orchard, Turner Maine!! Our yummy Maple adventure!

We had a wonderful time visiting the sugar shack at Ricker Hill Orchard in Turner Maine!! Maine Maple Sunday is an annual tradition celebrating spring and all things Maple especially syrup usually on the 4th weekend in March 🙂 historically it’s  been on Sunday but most sugarhouses are open Saturday and Sunday!

We got to try Maple taffy made in the shack and watch the Maple syrup being made along side it!! Very interesting! It was my kiddos first time, they loved it!!  ….

Bakery and Store:

Inside there was a lot to look at inside, so many interesting things! My kids loved the toys and stuffed animals!!  It was cold and windy outside so I was relieved to take shelter!! The bakery smelled wonderful!! The smell of fresh doughnuts was amazing!! The Maple iceream was outstanding, drizzled with maple syrup! Oh my what a treat!!

Maine Maple weekend is always a family favorite around these parts, hope you can enjoy it or plan alittle trip to be apart of it another!! This was ours this year looking forward to next year already!! 🍁

Thanks for visiting!! Have a wonderful day!!
