Why Get moving in 2020¡!

So there went 2019…and now it’s a new year….Here we are in 2020! A time to accomplish new goals, hopes and dreams!! What are some of yours??

For me it’s to get moving with some exercise everyday..GO FOR A WALK, OR Run! Or dance!!  How about you, can you get moving alittle more EACH day?? I think everyone it seems wants to lose weight, well if you get to moving with alittle more exercise each day, you too can lose some weight and feel better too!! Your weight will fall off naturally especially if you eat healthier; eat more fruits, veggies and lean meats!!

It’s been 7 days into the new year and we’ve done well, my husband and I have gone just 2 days without a walk…sometimes it’s cooold, sometimes we’re coming home right before dark in these short winter days, Sometimes as a family or alone, but it’s been wonderful making it our daily goal!!

I’m also happy to say I’ve done alittle jogging along some of those walks and I Love it!! Yay!! I’m recovering from old injuries and seem to be doing alright so far…yay!!  I feel wonderful after going for these outdoor excursions and I know you will love it too!!

So I hope that you have a wonderful year of getting out, exercising and enjoying the transformation that comes along with it.., it takes patience and determination  but your mind and health WILL improve! If you’re  fighting anxiety, depression or another mental health illness you will benefit greatly by exercising regularly,  taking walks/ or running outside!!! Why not try it!! You will love it!!
