by Hola Guys how are you?? It was such a beautiful day today, we had perfect hiking weather!! It’s a wonderful thing if you can escape to the mountains!! I absolutely love it there!! A friend & I hiked the Black Cap Trail in New Hampshire-2.3 miles!! It was truly delightful!! Here is part of our adventure & amazing pictures of our day!!
I love the white mountains in New Hampshire but also love the drive from Maine to get there!! The Mountain & hiking spot is located just across the Maine-New Hampshire border outside of Fryberg Maine! On The drive there you pass streams, ponds, lakes & quaint towns!! I also love the Gorgeous countryside!!
Black Cap trail
Loved this Trail!! The views were amazing!! It’s listed as moderate & there were some steep spots but If you regularly exercise this is a very easy hike!! It’s also a short hike!! I would put this one on your list, just bring along the bug spray 🙂 We were warned of Black flies swarming & attacking, but we were very fortunate we did not experience that, yay!! But I’m sure as the temperature warms up there will be more flies to contend with!!
Here is a a lovely view from the top?? Isn’t it gorgeous!! The snow covered mountain top is Mount Washington!! This reminded me of washington state & their giant mountains!! love it!!
Hiking with friends is a wonderful thing!!
Don’t be afraid to ask a friend to join you, or bring your pup!! Both will love getting out for fresh air!!
