So these past couple months have been a whirlwind! In February and March we were so busy with real estate open houses and showing requests!! Preparing for and finding places to take the kids and dog during the showings! So, I’m proud to announce that our apartment building is under Contract!! Finally!! Yay! The inspector and appraiser came thru the beginning of this week!! We got to even meet the potential buyer, he was so nice! Biggest news is that we had 30 days to move!! Ahh!! Our move out date is April 25th so countdown is on,  we have 22 days to pack up and have our country home complete!! Talk about pressure!!

Follow along on this crazy and amazing journey of transition!! We are excited to be moving outside the city and near the woods and quieter surrounding!! I like people, life and action so it will be different but I’m excited!! It’s what my hubbys used to, and my kids will have more space to run around, so it will be nice! I’m especially looking forward to having more parties and get togethers with friends! I’m super exited about my ikea dream kitchen! I’m so in love with it, and I’m not one to dream about a kitchen, can’t wait for the grand reveal soon! You are going to love it, it’s luxuriously glamorous,  According to similar kitchens on Instagram! Yay!

Country Home project,

Today’s fun will entail picking out slab for countertop and delivering our sink for opening in our countertop. The install will be next week!! The Measuring was done Wednesday! Yay!

Moving project,

Also pick up boxes!! Check! Huge thanks to Office max!! Alexander was awesome and super helpful, even walking boxes to my car! What a gentleman! Gracias, Thank you!!
