I love that apart from being my absolute favorite festival, this years specialty balloon will be Smokey the Bear at the Great Falls Balloon Festival! So cute and so much fun!! Unfortunately for being opening day none of the balloons took flight, boo hoo but the excitement and crowd was amazing tonight! Here are some of the pics from This evening!

 

So close to taking off but it was too windy for the hot air balloon show to go on.

.. but the music on the Main stage in Lewiston was going strong, even at the auburn stage!!! Yee haw… Great Job guys!!

We didn’t stick around for the moon glow but we’ve seen it in years past…it’s very neat to be apart of….but it was abit to chilly for me and the kiddos…that wind!! We had a great time nonetheless!! The kiddos especially loved the Fried Dough!!! I had a taste, it was yummy!!

Smokey the Bear

Heres a look at the Smokey the bear informational stand, and bear figure! A Great resource to preventing forest fires.. cool kids stuff and even information for adults on how to protect their homes when you live close to woods! Hmm I didn’t even know I needed this.. thanks Ranger!!
