by What a gorgeous Fall day today, I just had to take a walk!! If you didn’t already know, Walking is one of my fav things to do!! Today’s my pre opp day, a small procedure so it was so important to me to get out and walk, it totally calmed my mind…. I was so delighted by the foliage , loved it so much…loved the sun in my face and all the color around me!! I think each change of season in Maine is so amazing, feels like a fairy tale magical setting….I’m so thrilled to live here and super happy my kids have grown up here!!
