Dole Whip Orange (non dairy) Icecream & cruising the lake!!

Wowza, today we took a cruise around town and around the lake all the while enjoying Frostys and my waffle cone filled with Dole Whip Orange icecream!! It is a non dairy icecream… it was So delicious!!

It was an absolutely rainy & chilly day but we needed to get out for a bit, not perfect conditions for a cold treat but it was so nice to get a break from being home 🙂 and we all loved our treats!!

I know home is the best and safest place to be but sometimes you gots to take a mental break! Going for a drive is a wonderful way to do that!! Also why not pick up a treat along the way!!   Ice cream is always a nice treat to have now and again 🙂 unfortunately I’m finding I’m lactose sensitive so I have to stay away from my favorites which is normally vanilla or strawberry, i think this dole whip is going to be one Of my new favorites now…yummy!! I had a apple cider non dairy last year and that was good too!!

Dole..shared their recipe on http://www.dole.com:  for the Dole Orange maybe it was made with Oranges instead of banana… i couldn’t taste banana anyways¡!  Either way  this recipe sounds Divine!!  Wouldn’t you love to try it?? Apparently it’s popular at Walt Disney!! Hmm.. I’ve never been but if you have you can recreate the flavor in your own  yay!!

So you can make and take on your drive if you wanted to 🙂
