by Hola guys!! Hope you enjoyed the beautiful snowflakes from today’s storm! It was abit chilly so sadly the snow wasn’t great for making snow people!! It snows a lot normally but we haven’t gotten that much snow lately until this week!! Woo hoo!!

Being today was a snow day for the kids!! I love snow days, we had a brunch of quesadillas with scrambled eggs!! I’ve been using vegan cheese for a couple years & it’s delicious as a replacement for regular cheese 😉 then it was couch potato-ing it for the rest of the day & a short walk to the play cabin!! It’s funny watching TV about Hawaii & it’s snowing outside but it was so fun!! Now I want to go to Hawaii sometime!! Wouldn’t that be fun!! I loved the hallmark movie called, “You had me at Aloha”!! So adorable!! For our evening entertainment we watched, “High Strung”, I love dance movies, and it’s even better when a musical instrument is involved!!

For dinner tonight I made salmon with a ginger garlic glaze, used leftover curry rice & vegetarian baked beans!! Simple & delicious!!
