How your walk/jog can help you feel better?

It’s such a beautiful thing to turn emotional vibes into feel good vibes!! That’s what happens when sometimes you just need to get out of your head!! Squash & change the negative thinking!! What do you do when you walk? Do you pray? Do you have a quote or scripture that you memorize!!

On this morning I wrote to many amigas!! I did some praying!! Then I was off to jog!! What a beautiful path, I run in a really pretty place!! Isn’t it gorgeous?? I love that others have found this trail too!! People with dogs, older people, young people, single people & people that walk, people that jog, & groups of people walk together!!

So here’s a feel good jog day story!! From blah to fab, Hope you enjoyed your day!
