Second dip in this series!! So super easy to make just alittle knife action needed for dicing the Veggies!!!
Picadillo Bean Dip,
1 can 15 oz refried beans, I use fat-free as a healthy option
4 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 avocado, diced
1 tsp lime,or lemon juice to keep avocado from browning
dash of salt..
1., in a glass shallow container, spread layer of beans… add 1-2 tsp of water to thin.. stir then microwave for 2 mins
2. Dice tomatoes, onion, avocado and mix in juice and salt..
3. Add topping onto warm beans… walaaa
optional, add cilantro and sour cream for a picadillo supreme dip!! For the big game simply double the recipe and enjoy!!
enjoy with warm tortilla chips, this tastes like a taco… delicious…
