The big Game is less than a week away, have you finalized your menu yet?? Looking for dip ideas?? I have three awesome dips for you to choose from this week, today I’m going to give you the recipe to my favorite dip!! I absolutely love making it!! It’s easy to make and can be adjusted to your liking!! You can use 3 basic three ingredients or add more..
I love bringing this simple but tasty dip to parties, one friend expressed he liked it so much he wanted to eat the entire dip himself! To make it low-fat, just bake your chips and still to fat-free beans!! 🙂
Favorite Go to Layered dip!! Serves 4-6
Super duper easy to make and very fast to prepare!
When your short on time just use the basic 3 ingredients! That’s what I do, and the friend mentioned above loved it!!
16 oz can of refried beans, Fat free
16 oz jar of salsa, your choice
16 oz original sour cream
To add beautiful layers and more flavor, optional; top with shredded iceberg lettuce, 2 diced avocado, cilantro, shredded cheese, You can one or add all…
Serve with tortilla chips!! Store bought or homemade!! To make your own low-fat tortilla chips, cut each tortilla into 8 chip sized wedges, using a knife cut in half them than again to get desired wedges, bake in oven at 350 degree for apx 7 mins, turning once then 7 more mins 🙂 add a min or two for crispier chips… or 450 for 6 or so mins turning once..
In glass container, spread beans at the bottom, then sour cream, then salsa. Add additional topping as desired!! I would double on game night for your crowd!! Enjoy!!
