Good afternoon friends!! I’m so excited to share this scrumptious and easy to make salad with you!! Who knew quinoa would be so delicious!! As part of adding more plants to my diet and choosing healthy meals! im so happy I’ve been introduced to quinoa, a food originally from Peru!! Yummy!! Gracias!!
How to make the salad
Ingredients
- Cooked quinoa 1 1/3 cup
- garbanzo beans 1/2
- Diced green bell peppers1/4 cup
- Diced onion 1tbsp
- Diced tomato 1 Roma
- balsamic vinaigrette
Combine quinoa, bell peppers, onion, garbanzo. Toss, drizzle with vinaigrette and mix gently!!
Makes a ginormous salad, or two small sides
enjoy!!
