Running Towards a New Chapter: Continuing my Jogging Journey and Inspiring Others Along the Way”

Hello!! How have you been?? How I’ve missed you all & Miss posting!! Im excited to post again, Ive been away from the blog for a bit but hope to post more often and bring you stories and inspiration!! inspiration to enjoy life, have fun entertaining, being creative, traveling, shopping, getting exercise and to just have fun!!

I got a little lost because of starting a business, which took a lot of my time! It’s a bootstrapping kinda thing that I’m doing so I can do what I really love!! Other things that often take alot of time is being a momma & dealing with health issues in the family and traveling 🙂 This has kept me busy but I realized that I miss writing, it makes me feel happy if I can make a difference in someone’s life!! Even if it’s my own!! Lol!! 

Another thing I noticed is that google and Yelp would like to see my business rather than my blog on my homepage!! Lol!! But that’s ok, I’m going to keep doing what I love!! I think that sorta influenced my halt in writing too but I will write and write and if my homepage changes then it will adjust alittle but for now creative writing and ideas is what I would like to focus on 🙂 

So for todays inspiration I’d  like share my jog!! It was awesome!! Are you a Walker or more of a jogger?? I’m starting out again and am determined to continue to get outside to clear my mind and calm my anxieties!! 

This winter I joined a gym and absolutely loved it!! It’s hard to run or jog in the snow isn’t it?? Lol! However a few friends of mine have been running half marathons, 5 k and other runs that have inspired me to get my run on!! Also I haven’t gone to the gym since the kids’ school has gotten out,  So today I went for my one mile run outside!! It was hot hot and humid but I loved it!! So if your a walker.. Keep walking & if your more of a runner!! Goooooo!! Either way have fun!!
