Getting your run on When it’s Thirty four degrees but feels like 24!!

Let’s go!! Woo hoo!! It was brrr chilly today!! But we must get out and get our run in despite cold weather!! Or walks of course!! What was your day like? What was the temp in your area? Hope you were able to get your exercise done today!!

Cold weather gear

So what do you wear when it is coold outside & you’re heading out for a run?? What about For a run on a day like today? For 20 degrees-30 degrees; pants, tights, a light zipper fleece sweater, lightweight jacket, workout tank top, sports bra, & light gloves.

I started out with the hood of my jacket on my head but by the end of my Mile I had to take it down & unzip my jacket! Woo I was toasty!

Despite the weather it’s so important to Enjoy the time you have outside!! It’s wild here because by 4pm it’s pitch dark!! I’m Not joking either, So it’s so important to get outside when we can, a lunch break at work, or after school, or work if you start early enough to get out before 4 🙂

It started out hard to get outside because it even looked cold just peeking out the window but it was fabulous to get out!! It’s so worth it!! So hope you can be motivated to step out despite the cold!! It Just takes alittle gear long up…suggestions at the bottom of the post!!
