Plant based or chicken lovers dinner!! We had a mixed dinner tonight and have done all this week!! tonight’s dinn dinn was a Veggie Pasta w sauce plant based for me and veggie Pasta with sauce and chicken for the family!! I really loved the added cabbage stir fry to go along with this dinner!
I used 1/2 of a cabbage chopped thinly & Sautéed with olive oil, crushed garlic and onions, seasoned with salt and alittle soy sauce! Cook until softened! I Served the Pasta also along side a small side salad with my favorite balsamic vinaigrette! Yummy!!
If you’re are incorporating plant based meals, lentils are essential!!
Easy Lentils Recipe
Lentils are so easy to make, I simply used the boil method..
- In a large pot, add enough water to cover and 2 inches above lentils.
- I add 3 garlic cloves crushed, 1 tsp salt or more to taste 🙂
- Bring to boil, turn down to low for 20 mins then turn stove off but keep covered for 1 hr.. and waaalllaaa..
This was our first time trying this Pasta!! It was delicious!! It is made with 25% zucchini and spinach. It’s 1/2 serving of vegetables per 2 Oz serving! Wow!!
